It is fall at Brooklyn Biscuit Company and we are baking our famous Pumpkin Scones.  I have not forgotten our Apple Cinnamon with Caramel either.

Hopefully we will have found our spot at a Farmer's Market soon but the Harvest Festival at the 6/15 Garden is coming up - I will keep you posted!

Earthy flavor of the mushrooms mixed with the sweetness of the sauteed shallots make a perfect combo for your luscious stews and soups.  My favorite is my thick and hearty beef stew with thyme - a lovely Bordeaux - done!
